And now we will make an experiment
So, for the last - oh - 20 years of my life (don’t ask), I’ve been cutting up those plastic six-pack holders because they’re cruel to animals. As we all know, the fishes and the bunny rabbits and the ducks and the squirrels all get their heads stuck in the rings with fatal consequences.
Well, I heard the other day that there is but one company that makes those six-pack holder ring things. And, furthermore, they changed the formula of the plastic years ago so that it degrades in a matter of days when exposed to sunlight. Cool, right?
So, starting tomorrow - these devices will be deployed. Stay tuned.

The paper bag is an excellent idea for substrate, as it will probably absorb and reflect an amount of solar radiation roughly equivalent to any given blend of trash/vegetation/soil. Very curious to see how this turns out!

Thebest part is the scientific notation used to label the control and the exeriment bags.
