Exhibit A: One pissed off cat

She’s hurting, scared, doped up, pissed off and hungry. Do not even look directly at this cat.

We’ll get the biopsy results next week. Meanwhile, Ms. Lucia here will get a lot of love, a wide berth, and a cozy blanket in front of any heat vent she wants.

And I’ll be taking photos. Because no matter how much it’s breaking my heart, it’s also really funny. Is that wrong?

I have no idea how we’re going to get her back in the crate to go get her stitches taken out next week. I should have asked the vet for tranquilizer darts. It’s going to be like Jurassic Park.
