You guys did it again. The Amazon receipt I just got was for $18.64. Now, I know you’re shopping your brains out this holiday season. Remember, Amazon pays out a couple of months later, and this $18.64 reflects the shopping you did in September and October (September’s figure wasn’t enough to generate a payment alone).
I’ve seen the reports for November and December, and I think you’re going to be impressed. I certainly am, and am so proud of what we’re doing together.
To that end, I’ve taken the liberty of padding this month’s donation a little and putting it in the name of my grandmother.
As we stride boldly into 2012, let me thank you all for taking a moment to punch cancer in the neck. To date, this campaign has generated $739.91 for the American Cancer Society.
And now, the paperwork:
Tell cancer where to stick it:
If you shop at Amazon like I do (regularly, compulsively), you can make a no-cost donation to the American Cancer Society.
Click through any of the Amazon links on this site (like this one), and you will be identified as coming from Nutgraf. Amazon sends me a small percentage of whatever you spend as “advertising fees.” I donate every cent of that fee to the American Cancer Society each month when Amazon pays me.
You can catch up with all of our cancer-taunting tomfoolery on the Cancer is an Asshole project page.
